Our health professionals

Mr Aidan Rogers

As an accredited exercise physiologist, Aidan enjoys using exercise to manage a range of chronic health conditions with special interests in cardiovascular conditions, chronic pain and falls prevention.

Aidan’s special interests have been strengthened by professional development and experience in exercise testing for people living with hypertension and being involved with the falls and balance program at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Aidan completed his Masters of Exercise Physiology from La Trobe University in Bendigo. Prior to that, he completed an exercise science degree alongside internships that developed his experience in health and wellbeing, strength and conditioning and exercise science for apparently healthy and chronic disease populations.

Aidan thrives on helping people stay strong and healthy through promoting healthy lifestyle habits, initiating behaviour change and making routine exercise a fun and enjoyable experience.

Outside of work, Aidan can be found kicking goals for his beloved football club and camping in the beautiful outdoors surrounding Melbourne.

Aidan is available Monday to Friday in the Strong Room.
